Qualifications/Duties:

Top 3 skills: 1. Intermediate to Expert Skill in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) 2. Multimedia Development ( Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Adobe Creative cloud..) 3. Design and Develop courses using the ADDIE methodology Additional requirements: 5. Ability to Interpret and organize complex topics visually and written (Instructional Design) 6. Ability to coordinate with SMEs to ensure the course is up to par 7. Ability to manage multiple projects with sense of urgency (Project Management) 8. Ability to create curriculum in a variety of modalities (eLearning, Virtual, Instructor Led, job aids..etcc..) Education: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience in Instructional Design
